About

HOMETOWN DEVELOPMENTS was formed by a group of Palisades and Los Angeles design, building, development and real estate leaders to provide precision-crafted premium homes to Pacific Palisades and Altadena fire victims for appreciably lower costs and in significantly less time than traditionally built homes. We offer a one-stop end-to-end solution, including design, plans, permitting, landscaping and construction of quality-built residences, along with options for fire insurance and mortgage financing. Our proprietary line of thoughtfully designed single-family homes is based on six distinctive home styles, each available in multiple floor plans and sizes. Our builder partners include FADING WEST, an industry-leading modular home builder named Manufacturer of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders and TESH Group, a Southern California–based builder offering light gauge steel, modular, and panelized construction for residential projects, including ADUs, custom homes, and multifamily.
