About

RESET is a comprehensive rebuilding program for the Pacific Palisades, created by Builders Workshop, a licensed general contractor with decades of luxury residential experience in greater Los Angeles. The program offers ready-to-submit home designs by four of LA's most respected residential architecture firms – EYRC, Montalba Architects, RIOS, and Woods + Dangaran. Every RESET home is built with cold-formed steel framing and comes with pricing transparency, an accelerated path to occupancy, and a clearer, more credible path to insurability through a direct collaboration with Marsh McLennan and its network of A-rated carriers. Plans are ready to submit, pricing is transparent, and the path forward is clear. RESET is what the Palisades rebuild has been waiting for.
